Most dealers are family owned and most do not sell light bulbs etc. It is very hard for the dealers to control labor cost when you only have 1 to 5 customers coming in after 5pm or 6pm in spring and fall. As a group there is nothing wrong with these lawn tractors, they are great riding lawn mowers.
